3. Virtual Currency & Virtual Items Disclaimer

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • No Monetary Value: XP, Levels, Ranks, and all Shop Items are virtual content only. They have absolutely no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted to cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of currency.
  • No Gambling: NEM5 does not offer gambling. All virtual rewards are earned through gameplay and have no cash equivalent.
  • No Refunds: All virtual item "purchases" using XP are final and non-refundable.
  • License, Not Ownership: You receive a limited, revocable license to use virtual items. We may modify, remove, or reset virtual currencies and items at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to your account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

  • Cheating: Using unauthorized scripts, bots, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
  • Exploiting Bugs: Knowingly abusing game bugs or glitches for personal gain

Upon termination, all virtual currencies, items, and progress will be forfeited.

6. User-Generated Content

If you upload any content to NEM5 (including profile avatars), you agree that:

  • You own the rights to your content or have permission to use it
  • Your content does not contain NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material
  • Your content does not contain illegal material or promote illegal activities
  • Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • You grant NEM5 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines without notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Use our tools to create misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
