THE OTHER REALITY

This section of poetry is by my friend Jef Peace. Jef is also a songwriter. He is silly and funny and cute..... and... Jef! Here's a bit about Jef by the Peacemaker, himself.

"I started writing poetry at the age of eight. I have a habit (good or bad is for the reader to decide) of using poetry as therapy; a way to laugh at the absurdities I encounter that would ruin an otherwise pleasant day. I'm not an angry person as most of my poetry would suggest, as a matter of fact, I'm one of the happiest people I know.

I live in Seaside, on Oregon's rugged north coast, with my wife of eight years, Cyd. Together we make music and other art while eeking out a living as graphic designers. We're also professional musicians and helped form the band Jazza Diction, but music remains a hobby at this point, barely covering the cost of our instruments and other toys.

I do hope you enjoy reading my poetry. It all comes from my heart and it was all inspired by moving through my life quietly, observing the infinite beauty around me."
