I had no idea roses would grow so well in the desert, but they do.

We had problems with aphids early this summer, but they seem to be gone now and the roses are doing very well.

We have several types of roses in our yard. The Paper Roses are lovely on the vine, but don't do well when I bring them inside.

My favorite to cut for vases are the pink and peach colored roses like the two on the top of the page. They are variety of tea rose and have a lovely fragrance.
