Photography
I was born in a tiny town in southern Indiana. Now I live in Winchester,Kentucky.
Due to an adventurous nature and time with the U.S. Air Force I have
had the privilege of a lot of travel. I have lived in Indiana, Kentucky,
Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, New
Mexico, Germany and Japan. I have traveled Atlantic to Pacific, Great
Lakes to Gulf, through most of the U.S. States, Japan, Germany, France
and Luxembourg, by horse, bike, car, bus, train, boat and too many
types of aircraft to mention. I have seen the sun set over the Rockies
and rise from an island in the Pacific. I cruised the Rhine and climbed
Mt. Fuji. I have ridden the best roller coasters around the globe
and gone 4-wheeling to wind up sinking in quicksand. I have eaten
fresh octopus grilled on a wooden stick and drank liqueur from a jar
that was the lifetime home of a very large poisonous snake. I have
felt the merciless wind of northern blizzards and the lung baking
heat of southern deserts. I have been to the largest cities on the
planet and peaceful mountain rivers where you can spend days without
seeing a soul. Where does all this leave me now? Ready for a nap!!!
During all these travels I pretended to be an amateur photographer.
My cameras ranged from 126, 110, Polaroid, 35mm, manuals, automatics
and even disposables. I currently use a Pentax IQ Zoom, 35mm. I love
it.
You can see many of these photos in other sections of my site, however
they won't look like they do here. I have a very good time playing
with my paint programs. What you will find in this section of my site
are some of my favorite photos as they were when taken. I hope you
enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed taking them.
More photos will be added as I get them scanned.
