ZIP Software (Compression)
You will need a ZIP program to be able to use these stationery sets. There are several freeware and shareware ZIP programs at Tucows.com Or you can go directly to the WinZip site to purchase the program

To Save Stationery
Right click on the Save Stationery link, save the ZIP file on your hard drive. When the file is is finished downloading, unzip all the zipped files to

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery

All of the stationery files must go into this folder or they will not work in Outlook Express.

To Use Stationery
1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on New Mail.
3. Click on Format.
4. Click on Apply Stationery
5. If you do not see the Stationery you want to use, click on More Stationery. This will bring up a window where you may preview the stationary by clicking on the files in the folder
6. Type your message on the stationery
7. Make sure the email is addressed to the person you wish to send it to.
8. Click on send
