IF A MAN DIE
(© Marion Stewart - 10/14/96)

The Lord would hide me and keep me
'til my appointed time,
but if I die,
I will live again.
The Lord taketh my heart
and causeth me to wander in the dark
and maketh me stagger as a drunken one,
but when I die I will give up the ghost
'til I awake out of my sleep.
The Lord will keep me
'til my appointed time.
The Lord will remember me.
When I die,
my soul goest back to the One
who giveth it to me.
I know my Lord is real.
Christ said,
God will draw me.
So, I know that He draweth me.
I can feel him in my soul.
My Jesus said,
I go away to prepare a mansion for you.
When it's ready,
He will come back after me.
So, I am looking for Christ any moment.
I know in my heart,
I am ready to go
to be with Christ in Heaven,
my Eternal Home.
