User Guidelines
Use of Nem5 Greeting Card Services is restricted to lawful
activities only. No material which violates or infringes in any way
upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive,
defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene,
profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that
would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability
or otherwise violate any law, may be transferred or used at Nem5
Greeting Card Services or any other part of Nem5 web sites, its affiliates,
third party content providers or licensors. Any illegal activities,
spamming or other offensive activity will be cause for denial of
use and/or membership to all Nem5 Greeting Card Services, its affiliates, third
party content providers or licensors activities or memberships.
Any conduct by User that at Nem5 Greeting Card Services
sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or
enjoying Nem5 Greeting Card Services will not be permitted.
Without Nem5 (Maggi Norris) Greeting Card Services, express
written approval, User shall not post or transmit through Nem5
Greeting Card Services any material which contains advertising or
any solicitation with respect to products or Free Stuff.
