Nemesis World and the sites, Brian Lee and Rose of Blood, won this award on September 21, 1999, because:

"Hi all,

I realized when I went to Maggie's site that she and Brian knew each other, and then finally when I went to the Gothart site I realized all three of you knew each other. I want you to know that I gave each of you the award because your site was deserving not because I felt I *had* to.

Each site complimented the other and each site had things that I liked, and I could not give an award to one, without giving an award to the other, since each has a piece of the other that I like. All three of you have worked together very well to bring wonderfulness to the web.

I just thought this deserved an explanation.
